Photo of Rose Houston Houston is a shorter rose than Midas Touch. Its flowers are more formally organized into a high-centered rose blossom. The flower is no less yellow - it's screaming chrome yellow (to mix metaphors.) In fact the plant appears to produce so much yellow pigment that the leaves have an unusual yellow hue.

It's not distributed by many companies and those that do distribute it are in the warmest parts of the US, so we might conclude that it is happiest grown in hot weather.
