Golden Unicorn is an interesting mini. As the inch and a half high-centered golden flower opens its petals develop red blush patches. As the flower ages these patches fade and the yellow all bleaches out of the flower. It's like getting three completely different flowers. Minis tend to be nicely branched and foliaged, and this is no exception. The leaves are dark green and glossy. Some minis will get powdery mildew: the jury is out on this one. |
