Catherine Mermet

Low Roses | Bushes | Shrubs | Climbers
Photo of Rose Caribbean Catherine Mermet is a class act. The rose is tall, well branched and very nicely clothed in healthy dark green foliage. It's a plant that - with or without flowers - would look good in any garden. The plant produces many large flowers that are delicately shaped and delicately colored. I happen to be much taken by the way the petals reflex to create little points.

This is a tea rose. This means that the beauty is only produced for those living in hot climates. In those climates this rose's qualities are highly revered. ARS members rate it 7.7.
