| At the height of the season Ballerina can cover itself in small pink and white flowers. It is rarely without flowers from early summer until frost.
The plant is among the best branched of shrubby roses, and the foliage is fairly healthy once the plant is established.
Leaves come out early in the season, making in even more useful as a shrub; but in the heat of August, Ballerina may take a break and drop all leaves. Water and fertlize, and there will be fresh leaves and flowers as the heat breaks.
ARS members rate it 8.8, and it has an award of garden merit from the RHS.
