There are three roses that my nose can never get enough of; this is one of them. Of those three, this one has the softest, most feminine, most exotic of smells. The exact same words apply to the soft, warm pink appearance.
Ambridge rose is not prone to fungal disease, but it does not put up with poor conditions. All three of mine perished within the first sixteen months. If there is a rose that can teach me to garden well, perhaps it will be this one; for I cannot stand to be without it. ARS members rate it 8.2. |
